Alec was born and raised in Belarus and found his way to Canada in 2008. He moved to Edmonton with his wife and two kids.

Alec has a long history 20+ years in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Sport Massage and Paramedicine. Dedicated to helping people with a wide variety of conditions. He incorporates various techniques into his individualized treatment plans, allowing him to manage and treat various injuries and conditions, both acute and chronic. In the last 15 years, Alec has specialized in treating Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Professional Athletes from different sports. He has also received postgraduate schooling in Pre/Post natal massage, Acupressure, K-tape, Cupping, TMJ (external), as well as Lymphatic Drainage. He offers a complete massage experience, providing patients with education and the tools they need to further decrease pain and dysfunction at home.

Alec has been involved in sports his whole life and holds a Brown Belt in Karate, included 10 years in Kickboxing full-contact combat sport. He is extremely passionate about health and fitness and believes that professional massage therapy is an extremely effective tool for treating pain, as well as preventing injury.
